Obiectivul/rezultatul final al proiectului

 

Scopul  general al proiectului este imbunatatirea domeniului stiintei materialelor prin  dezvoltarea de noi metode de caracterizare a structurilor la nivel microscopic, obtinerea de acoperiri compozite cu comportare imbunatatita la coroziune, uzura, tribocoroziune,  dezvoltarea de noi tehnologii de fabricatie, noi modele teoretice referitoare la procese si structuri, noi programe de calcul pentru evaluarea relatiei intre structura filmelor subtiri, proprietatile lor mecanice si fizice si parametrii plasmelor in tehnologice.

Rezultat final: Dezvoltarea tehnologiei arcului termoionic in vid  pentru realizarea depunerilor combinatoriele ale materialelor de interes pentru reactoarele de fuziune (W, C, Be) cu grosimi cuprinse intre 0.1 si 10 mm

 

Elementele de noutate ale proiectului, originalitate

 

Prin prezentul proiect se propune dezvoltarea unei metode originale de simulare a depunerii combinatoriale a stratelor subtiri care se formeaza in urma actiunii plasmelor de fuziune asupra materialelor care acopera peretii interiori ai instalatiei de fuziune ITER. Metoda, bazata pe experienta acumulata la INFLPR in cadrul proiectelor CERES, CEEX si  FP6-EURATOM, asa cum este descrisa de exemplu in (C. P. Lungu, I. Mustata, G. Musa, A. M. Lungu, V. Zaroschi, K. Iwasaki, R. Tanaka, Y. Matsumura, I. Iwanaga, H. Tanaka, T. Oi, K. Fujita: Formation of nanostructureed Re-Cr-Ni diffusion barrier coatings on Nb superalloys by TVA method, Surf and Coat. Techn, Vol.200, 399-402, 2005) consta din generarea simultana a unor plasme in vaporii materialelor de interes prin producerea electronilor prin emisie termica la catozii de wolfram, accelerarea lor puternica catre 2 anozi situati la cativa milimetri de acestia (la cateva mii de volti), concentratrea lor pe anozi, evaporarea intensa a materialelor anodice (in vid de ordinul a 10‑6 torr) si formarea unor plasme in atomii evaporati care se extind in spatiu ajungand la substrat unde se depun cu viteze de ordinul nanometrilor/sec, in straturi formate din combinatii de materiale pure (fiind evaporate in vid), compacte (ca rezultat al depunerii atom cu atom beneficiind si de bombardamentul cu ioni energetici ce vin din plasma), fara incluziuni gazoase.

 

Beneficiarii rezultatelor, potentialul de aplicare in economie

 

Rezultatele Proiectului (Baza de Cunostinte, obtinere de materiale cu caracteristici imbunatatite pentru tehnologii nucleare, noi tehnici de procesare a materialelor) vor fi valorificate prin abordarea unor proiecte noi in cadrul programelor europene FP7 EURATOM-FUZIUNE, asistenta tehnica catre Societatea Nationala Nuclearelectrica – Fabrica de Combustibil Nuclear Mioveni, Pitesti  si prin asistarea mediului de afaceri intern (IMM MEDAPTEH SRL, IMM MGM STAR SRL, OPTICOAT), cat si European (Heikki Sipila Oy, Finlanda), in dezvoltarea de aplicatii in domenii nenucleare.

 

Stadiul de realizare (etape conform planului de realizare cu mentionarea clara a precursorilor indicatorilor de rezultat cf. HG475/2007):

§         Precursori*/rezultate intermediare

 

7 documentatii efectuate de CO si 6 dintre partenerii din consortiu privind elaborarea modelului de evaporare cu distributie graduala a concentratiilor a doua materiale pentru formarea de acoperiri combinatoriale/identificarea tipurilor de materiale, structuri si procese care pot fi investigate cu resursele actuale ale consortiului.

8 documentatii efectuate de CO si 7 dintre partenerii din consortiu privind “Depuneri preliminare de  filme din C si W”. Caracterizari preliminare ale plasmei si filmelor  de C si W.

 

§         Achizitii realizate: Componenta sistem electrochimic, 17.500 lei

 

 

 

Participare tineri cercetatori (inclusiv specializari/stagii de formare/doctorate post-doc pe tematica proiectului).

 

De la INFLPR: 2 tineri cercetatori/ doctoranzi, unul cu dubla coordonare (Romania/Germania: Alexandru Anghel), au efectuat stagii de formare de cate 5 luni in Germania (C. Porosnicu si A. Anghel : caracterizare structurala si din punct de vedere al retentiei de H si D a  filmelor din C, W, Be, depuse prin metoda TVA.
